Webinar Slides: Improving Conservation Enterprises Effectiveness through Peer-to-Peer Learning
As part of the USAID Agency Learning and Evidence Month 2023, the Conservation Enterprises Collaborative Learning Group hosted a webinar showcasing its Impact Lab model for encouraging peer-to-peer learning. Three former Impact Lab participants from Peru (two implementing partners and one Contracting Officer Representative) participated in a fishbowl discussion. The discussion focused on participants’ insights around the Impact Lab experience, what they learned and how they applied it to their work, and their recommendations for future peer exchange events.
