Over the past two decades, USAID has used conservation enterprise approaches extensively in biodiversity programming, yet little information has been systematically collected to test key assumptions on effectiveness. In this webinar, monitoring, evaluation, and learning experts from the Office of Forestry and Biodiversity and Measuring Impact II demonstrated how designing projects with indicators to systematically measuring outcomes throughout implementation can enable projects to achieve conservation goals. The discussion features successful case studies from Nepal, Guatemala, and Uganda.
