In this webinar, the USAID Conservation Enterprises Collaborative Learning Group piloted a Peer Learning approach to facilitate cross-Mission learning.
Peer-to-Peer Learning is an approach to sharing experience to facilitate a continuation of institutional knowledge and can be used to orient incoming staff to the history, context, challenges, and opportunities within the portfolio they are taking on. In this webinar, the USAID Conservation Enterprises Collaborative Learning Group used a Peer Learning approach to facilitate cross-mission learning for incoming staff to the Uganda and Zambia Missions.
