Final report: Environmental Action Programme Support (EAPS) Project
This final report evaluates the implementation and successes of the Environmental Action Programme Support (EAPS) Project undertaken in eight Eurasian countries. The objective of the EAPS project is to enable Eurasian officials to collaborate with American counterparts to decrease pollution and promote industrial efficiency for the betterment of human health. Infrastructure development, capacity building, and conversion to less-polluting fuel sources were foci to the project. 2001
