Understanding Biodiversity – Development Integration Efforts and Opportunities
This report presents the results of a broad review to understand how other agencies and organizations have defined and integrated biodiversity with other sectors. The purpose of this review was to highlight some ways that various actors have approached integration to help USAID learn from what has been done and use this learning to inform its own approach to integration. More specifically, the review sought to: 1) Capture the state of the art on integration; 2) Understand current practices related to integration; and 3) Recommend a way forward.
