ECO Competency-based Training

ECO provides adult learning expertise to enhance development outcomes. ECO completed a comprehensive Learning Needs Assessment to determine learning priorities for USAID by audience base to better meet the learning needs of the Agency in D.C. and abroad. The training team facilitates an adaptive learning process through face-to-face and online trainings to support adaptive learning goals and measure knowledge application. Also, ECO provides strategic support for capacity building for priority Agency actions, such as the Executive Order on Climate-Resilient Development.
