This research summarizes recent developments in remote sensing (RS) approaches for measuring soil health and ecosystem services, their principles, and their future perspectives. This chapter also highlights the emerging concept of ecosystem services as commodities for future markets and discuss the possible application of RS techniques in developing markets.
